"An Old Fox is Not Easily Snared”

by Natalie Connally

Mountain Lion is the roughest and toughest animal in the forest. Everyone fears and respects him, except for Old Fox. One day Mountain Lion pridefully mocks Old Fox. When Old Fox wisely strikes back, Mountain Lion’s ego is left insulted. Infuriated, Mountain Lion seeks to capture Old Fox and make a delicious meal for himself. However, Mountain Lion soon learns a little lesson about old foxes and a trap that lays within his own heart.

About

With her mind caught up in magical lands and whimsical forests filled with fairies, fiery dragons, and talking furry creatures, Natalie has always been a lover of fantasy and great stories. Natalie grew up in West Texas and now resides near the Texas Louisiana border in the little town of Silsbee Texas with her husband and son.

Natalie received a bachelor’s degree in Education with a certification in Composite Science and worked as a public school science teacher, before choosing to be a stay at home mom. She enjoys teaching part time as a 6th grade teacher, reading historical novels, cooking up new recipes, and admiring nature as she grows a vibrant vegetable garden. She, of course, finds inspiration, and joy chasing her own sweet little dragon, as he explores the world around him.
