Hi! My name is Lucía, I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and I've been drawing ever since I can remember. I've been a freelance illustrator for the last 15 years and I've illustrated over 60 children's books. 

I believe an image should not only repeat what the words say, but it must also be able to tell a story by itself, revealing emotions and bringing the characters to life, to let us dive into the new world it depicts. An image shouldn't only illustrate, it has to transcend the story and create a whole new experience, making us go on a journey. I get truly involved in every project I am part of, and I always put my heart and soul into my drawings.
